How picnic works for you

Four things worth knowing before you send anything.

We buy, we do not broker

picnic buys your service, builds a package around it and sells that package to the customer. You agree a rate with picnic, not with the group - so you are never negotiating with twelve people at once.

You are called only on a confirmed trip

We contact you once the booking is confirmed and the group's money is collected - never on the strength of a maybe. If a trip does not fill, it does not reach you at all.

Everything in writing

On confirmation you get one WhatsApp message with the full detail: date, time, headcount, what is included and the agreed rate. Nothing depends on what somebody remembers from a phone call.

No fees either way

No commission and no listing fee. picnic makes its margin between what it pays you and what it charges the customer, and your rate does not change because of it.
